  • General

    • We encourage you to ask your groomer lots of questions about the following. They are able to clarify any policy in this document and explain everything about your appointment.
    • Note that we will never share, sell or distribute your personal information to anyone.
    • We respectfully ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice if you need to change, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. Updates, cancellations & reschedules without 48-hour notice may be billed $50 at the discretion of management. A no show will be billed for the full price.
    • Rejected payments or returned check will result in the full price with any financial institutions fees added.
    • Tipping the groomer is at your discretion.
    • We are doing all our best to be on time, but please allow 30mn on either side of your appointment time for the arrival of our van. Some special circumstances like traffic, accidents, school hours, very bad shape of other pets, may happen and if your groomer is going to be more than 30mn early or late, we will inform you.
    • Your groomer has been trained in how to deal with aggressive, fearful, sick and overly stressed pets. The groomer has the right to refuse grooming any pet that may be a threat to itself or any person. If for any reason your groomer decides to stop or not to proceed with the groom you will be charged a $50 trip fee.
    • Your pet’s health and safety are our first priorities.
    • We do not personally use tranquilizers on pets but for the pet’s safety you may talk with your groomer and vet if this is a needed option.
    • Refer a friend, family member, or neighbor and get a referral discount off your next appointment.
    • To book an appointment in the future, just text us at 386-228-1040 or rebook on site with the groomer is the best option to keep a spot in the calendar and also keep the same groomer.


    • You must advise us of any medical, physical, emotional issues, allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions.
    • You are responsible of all pet vaccinations and assume all risks and consequences that might result if your pet is not fully vaccinated. We require your pet to have the Rabies vaccination and strongly recommend your pet to be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza adenovirus type 2, parvovirus, corona, leptospirosis, and Bordetella prior to being groomed.


    • Prior to your appointment, we will confirm the price and services.
    • Additional charges may be adjusted at the groom according to the pet conditions like de-matting, trimming, excessive coat, pooping, fleas, etc…
    • If your pet has fleas, a flea bath is required, and you will be charged an additional $15.


    • There are extra fees if matting is significant and this is at the groomer’s discretion ($15-$30).
    • For any big dogs or poodle/poodle Mix, there will be an additional charge of $30 per 30mn of brushing/dematting if you do not want the pet to be shaved.
    • If your pet is matted, this is a health crisis. If possible, we will de-mat your pet. In order to prevent inhumane discomfort and/or pain to the pet, your groomer may shave down your pet if severely matted.
    • We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions due to a matted coat.


    • Shaving a pet often exposes pre-existing skin conditions or sores. Shaving such may cut or irritate the skin.
    • Post-shave effects are temporarily unattractive, unpleasant and uncomfortable. But your pet will be starting the process to re-gain a healthier skin and coat.
    • We do not pay vet bills for eye and skin irritations, skin rashes, cuts, repairing broken skin due to scratching, licking, chewing, or pets that shiver/hide. These are common responses to shave downs.

    If you are not happy with your pet’s groom, please let us know within 48 hours and allow us to “make it right” now or in the future. By proceeding you agree to this process of resolution.


    I am the owner/caregiver of this/these pet(s), and I have read and understood the foregoing cautions, printed above. I realize that pet grooming may cause injury or allergic or other reactions to my pet(s), but I desire to have AUSSIE PET MOBILE® perform the grooming. Therefore, I consent to and authorize the grooming of my pet(s) and I release AUSSIE PET MOBILE® and its employees, franchisees or other representatives, from any responsibility or liability arising out of the performance of those services. I also agree to allow Aussie Pet Mobile to use pictures of my pet.
